# Select2 Dropdown Overflow Fix

## Issue
Select2 dropdown was breaking out of the wizard container wrapper, getting cut off by `overflow: hidden` on parent containers.

## Problem Analysis

### Root Causes:
1. **Container Overflow** - `.wizard-container` and `.form-section` had implicit `overflow: hidden` or `overflow: auto`
2. **Z-Index Issues** - Dropdown wasn't properly layered above other elements
3. **Positioning Context** - Dropdown was positioned relative to wrong parent

## Solution Applied

### 1. CSS Overflow Fix

**Why:** Allows dropdown to render outside the container boundaries without being clipped.

### 2. Z-Index Layering
